B5 was a member of Group B. She survived the Maze through unknown circumstances, and managed to make it through the Scorch with Group B. She was only ever seen at the start of The Death Cure after the train carriage was intercepted by the Right Arm in an attempt to find Minho, Aris and Sonya. It is possible that she survived the Scorch, and reached the Safe Haven with the other Immunes, and had her Swipe removed. However, her fate is currently unknown.
