Beth was a member of Group B. Little is known about her other than the fact that Aris said she killed Rachel with a knife while under WICKED's control in the final chamber of their escape from the Maze, suggesting her as the Group B equivalent of Gally among the Gladers. Likewise, Gally had tried to kill Thomas in Group A, but under WICKED's control, Chuck had jumped in the way. She is most likely named after Queen Elizabeth I or Elizabeth Cady Stanton.
It's also suggested that she went through the Changing, like Gally. Her fate is currently unknown.
