Charlotte Chiswell is a member of the Right Arm. She "was a lead engineer for the biggest arms manufacturer in the world" and found a way to jam WICKED's weapons for the Right Arm. She gave Thomas instructions on how to implant the device in WICKED's headquarters. Thomas tells Janson that he has to go to the bathroom, and sets up the device and then places it in a medicine cabinet. He then flushes the toilet, turns the sink on and off, and leaves the bathroom.
