Crank Palace

__FLAGS__ The Crank Palace is the home of many Cranks that are only shown in The Death Cure. It is located somewhere in what was once Michigan. Because of that, it has the looks of an abandoned city. The Immune ran the facility on a high amount of pay and acted as guards to ensure the security of the place as people who are not immune are not willing to take the risk to catch the Flare. Newt was sent here after being discovered in the Berg he traveled on by bounty hunters. The security guards have been known to take bribes from external sources and are relatively slack in maintaining order.

It was originally for Cranks to enjoy their last moments of life but backfired as all the people are mostly "past the Gone" and nobody is willing to get into the Crank Palace as it is mentioned that Cranks will eat the others. There are many different leisure for Cranks, such as the bowling alley where Thomas and Minho found Newt.

There are also different parts of the Crank Palace. The streets of the Crank Palace is described to be "where people more past the Gone is" and the central zone to be "where people are more sane".

It is also mentioned that every major city left has a Crank Palace to control the spread of The Flare.
