Escaping The Maze

Escaping The Maze (Movie Version) was when Thomas and 12 other Gladers went into the Maze to escape the night after the Griever massacre. The 13 Gladers attacked a group of Grievers with their spears. A Glader, named Mike, was grabbed by a Griever and was thrown over the edge of the Maze, killing him. Chuck dropped the key nearly over the edge catching it before it fell, causing Teresa to help Chuck back up. While the group was defending Chuck and Teresa from the Grievers, Jason, a Glader, ran up to attack a Griever getting close, but instead was grabbed and thrown to his death. While Minho was giving Teresa and Chuck the number sequence, a Griever attacked him. Jeff, the only living Med-jack, attacked the Griever saving Minho, but causing him to be eaten alive. The other 10 Gladers escaped the Maze. They walked into a lab filled with "dead" WCKD scientists. They were left a recorded video by Ava Paige. The video said the Earth was scorched by the Sun, killing thousands. After the scorching of the Earth, was the Flare Virus. The virus would attack the brain. Before the Gladers can leave the lab, Gally, who has been stung by a Griever, shows up behind them with a gun, trembling and crying, telling them that they will never be free. Before he can shoot Thomas, Minho throws a spear into Gally's chest, killing him, while Gally shoots a bullet into Chuck's chest, killing him. A group of soldiers broke into the lab and got the rest of the Gladers out and taking them to a safe haven. The Gladers that escaped were Thomas, Minho, Teresa, Newt, Frypan, Winston, Jack, Tim, and Billy.
