A Hand Grenade is a C-4 explosive bomb device that is created by Jorge and used by The Right Arm. It can trigger a common variety of plastic explosions by a detonator that its user holds in their hands; Capable of destroying material sources of solid objects and can kill someone causing them lethal severe pain or death.
This device was used by Thomas in Maze Runner: The Scorch Trials as a threat against WICKED but then ends up using it on the WICKED soldiers. When he's being held at gunpoint, he tosses and detonates it on the soldiers and kills them.
