A Hand Grenade is a C-4 explosive device that is created by Jorge and used by the Right Arm. It can trigger a common variety of plastic explosions by a detonator that its user holds in their hands; Capable of destroying material sources of solid objects and can cause someone to suffer severe pain or death lethally.

This device was used by Thomas in the Scorch Trials film as a threat against WCKD but then ends up using it on the WCKD soldiers. When he's being held at gunpoint, he tosses and detonates it on the soldiers and kills them.
