Julio Ramirez is a character in The Fever Code. He is one of the chiefs of security. He is a member of WICKED who does not speak much but often has an air of seriousness about him. He escorts Thomas to an observation room to watch Minho nearly get killed by a Griever as punishment for trying to escape WICKED, and later is among the group of WICKED members who Dr. Paige infects with the Flare to make sure the Trials were not stopped after their first phase. He ends up killed during the Purge.
