Keepers are the sub-leaders of each of the jobs/roles in the Glade. Whenever necessary they call a Gathering to discuss and decide the matters at hand.

- Winston: Keeper of the Slicers
- Zart: Keeper of the Track-hoe/Gardeners
- Clint: Keeper of the Med-jacks
- Billy: Keeper of the Baggers
- Lee: Keeper of the Sloppers
- Unknown: Keeper of the Bricknicks
- Unknown: Keeper of the Map-makers
Alby is First-in-Command and the leader of the Gladers, but is not a Keeper. This could also be said for Newt who is Second-in-Command and, on occasion, acting leader, in cases where Alby is not available.
