Wil was a Glader who's name was seen engraved on the wall of the Glade in the Maze Runner. His name was uncrossed at the time meaning he was alive when Thomas arrived. He was last seen in the background when Gally was debating with Thomas, he then decided to stay in the Glade with Gally and eight other Gladers.
